RBC Heritage 2025: Tournament Details and How to Watch

  • Keith Jenkins

Shortly after the Masters Tournament concluded with Rory McIlroy achieving a career grand slam, many of the PGA Tour`s leading golfers are heading to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. They will compete for the coveted plaid jacket at the RBC Heritage tournament.

Scottie Scheffler, currently ranked as World No. 1, will be defending his RBC Heritage title at Harbour Town Golf Links this week. He comes to this tournament after a strong fourth-place finish at Augusta. Last year, Scheffler secured victory at the RBC Heritage by a three-stroke margin, following weather delays and suspension of play due to darkness.

Scheffler is still seeking his first win in 2025 and will be among 72 golfers vying for the top prize of $3.6 million from the total $20 million purse. Notably absent from the competition are McIlroy and Hideki Matsuyama, who are the only players within the top 30 of the PGA Tour rankings not planning to participate.

Here are the essential details for the 2025 RBC Heritage event:
