The Thunder hold the top overall seed in the playoffs, having finished the regular season with the best record in the league.
Upcoming games on Saturday will feature the New York Knicks attempting to build a commanding 3-0 lead against the Boston Celtics, scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET.
